Last Olenslager post....
So, the time has FINALLY come! Me and my Joseph are leaving for Las Vegas tonight to embark on our wedding journey. We only have 3 more days until we are married, and I am soooooo excited. Thinking about that, I have realized that I will no longer be an Olenslager. When people ask me what my last name is, I won't be able to immediatly just start spelling O-L-E-N-......, instead it will be Ipson, I-P-S-O-N. Cuz don't worry, people can't say that correctly either. So far I have anything from "Gibson?" to "Epsom.... like the salt??" So at least I will still be able to cherish having to spell my last name to people! :)
I will miss being an Olenslager, but look forward to becoming an Ipson. Joe is so amazing (as you all have heard me say a bazillion times), and I can't wait to start my life with him!

This one's for the girls....
I've always sort of been "one of the guys". I usually don't hang out with girls, but I must say there are a few that have changed/influenced/ inspired/made my life a trillion times better,
(in order or appearance) Zella O., Amanda Bame, Maggie Tarr, Ashley Smith, Chalet Severson, Kelsey Gubler, Desiree Olenslager, Tiffany Hearn, Aja Willey, Michelle Pace, Camilla Dye, Kathy Peterson, Celeste Manwaring, Kim Thayne, KerrieLeigh Hill, and the Ipson girls.
I can't thank them enough for being such amazing people in my life, without them I might not be who I am, experienced what I have, and be where I am today. You all are incredible individuals. I miss soooo many of you and wish I had more times with you everyday!

Sunday Sunshine!...
(Jessie inspired my to do this post.....with her post..... and also, with us being bored to death...)

So I realized that I have not done my Sunday Sunshine in quite a long time! Along with you, I do not know what is wrong with me. I will try and do better with these posts fo sho.
So I'm sure that everyone is just soooooo sick of hearing about Joe, and wedding stuff, and blah blah blah, but that is just too bad, cuz it is what I enjoy! :) So this week, my Sunday Sunshine is about, you guessed it, Joe.
Me and Joe will be leaving for Las Vegas in 9 days. I can't believe we are already down to single digits. It's seems not so long ago when he had just proposed, and the wedding seemed so far away. And not that long ago when I had just moved up to Utah, and didn't even really know Joe :) These past 5 months have been the best of my life. I have been so blessed to have Joe by my side. He is the most amazing man I will ever meet. Here are a few reasons why:
- I love all of your stories, and how you are not afraid to share them, even if they are a wee bit embarrasing for you.
- How you always open the car door for me, except for those 2 times. :)
- Your amazing knowledge of the scriptures, and how you always school me.
- Your patience with all of the crazees that are involved with wedding planning.
- How you secretly want 8 children (don't deny it, love)
- When you always give me a big hug everytime we see each other.
- The way you take care of Ralphie like a true turtle lover would.
- The fact that you like cuddling just as much as I do.
- How you swear you aren't romantic, but really are.
- When you send me random texts that say, "Hey beautiful!"
- Being patient with my "noobyness" during video games :)
- How the most important thing to you is a temple marriage! :)
So here's to you, Joseph. I can't wait to spend eternity with you!
I love you (perfectly most)!

Crazyness....
So I just realized that in exactly 15 days, 34 minutes and 17 seconds I will be a married woman. I will have a husband! Isn't that complete crazyness? No more saying, "This is my wonderful, amazing, and overly attractive FIANCEE, Joe." It will be, "This is my cool as kool-aid HUSBAND, Joe". It hasn't really sunk in yet, and I don't think it will until I have been married for awhile. LOL. We are so ready for that day to come that I think when it actually does come, it won't be real. (I'm deep, I know....)
I'm still working on getting our apartment put together so I can post some pictures, but it is a slow process for me. I already have a 10 foot high pile of things to take to the DI. It has been really great "de-junking", so that I can make room for all of Joseph's junk. :) But seriously, homeboy has more cords and random gidgets than anyone I have ever met. But, I love him nonetheless. Our spare room will be the keeper of these items, so I am okay with that. We seriously love our apartment. It's a cutie.
But other than that, things are pretty much the same. We are doing great, and appreciate everyone's love and support! :)
